Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Prospecting new and existing customers
  • Understanding your clients' needs
  • Advising and providing adapted products or services to your clients
  • Being in contact with customers over the phone and by emails 
  • Reaching sales objectives and increasing customer satisfaction 

Core Skills/experience

  • Expertise in attending clients over the phone is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and listener
  • Strong interest in sales
  • A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the client's needs
