Sales Executive w/ Native level of German

This position is for a SaaS start-up providing software solutions for fitness boutiques and studios to centralize and manage efficiently all their operations, increasing their revenue streams. You will be a crucial asset for the company expansion and grow with them without limits!

Our client just closed a financing round and is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who wants to join their brand new Barcelona team and contribute to the company's ambitious expansion plans and growth. 


Main Responsibilities

  • In charge of the full sales cycle, from prospection to closing deals
  • Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides
  • Searching for new target companies and creating the pipeline of potential customers 
  • Conduct high-level conversations with the key decision-makers (i.e. fitness studio owners/managers) in target accounts
  • Present demos to potential clients and do the follow-up until closing the deal
  • Feel comfortable making several calls per day, sending emails, generating interest, qualifying prospects
  • Help define and establish best practices together with the team
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Become a key asset for the company with the possibility of growing exponentially in the short term

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree studies 
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably software sales, but not necessary)
  • Smart, fast learner, and resourceful. Tech-savvy!  
  • Extrovert, enjoy social interactions face to face and can create long-lasting connections very easily  
  • Resilient and perseverant   
  • A true owner, you feel comfortable working outside of the comfort zone if needed and you enjoy having real ownership
