Sales Executive w/ Native level of French

Our client is a successful Swiss company that is changing the way hospitality talents, employers and schools interact and meet globally. 
For their sales team based in Barcelona, they are looking for a talented Sales Executive who can help them in increasing their business in the French market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strong market research to identify key target clients of your assigned region (hotels, restaurants, startups, tour operators) 
  • Cold-calls to potential clients in order to generate an interesting lead and set an appointment with them
  • Meet your clients in France in order to explain the company's services aiming at closing the sales cycle
  • Contribute to the strategy of the department
  • Gather clients' feedback in order to improve the services offered
  • Bring a good mood and enthusiasm for the rest of the team!  

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 1,5-year experience working in sales (hospitality/events preferred but not required)
  • Able to influence and negotiate with a variety of senior level stakeholders
  • Tenacity, resilience and creative thinking to identify and secure new business
  • Able to produce tangible results: proven experience working with and exceeding targets
  • Engaging and problem-solver, able to prioritize and work autonomously
  • Excited about working for a startup within business development
