Sales Director w/ Native level of French

We are looking for a new talented Sales Director to join this company's dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing short, medium and long term strategies to help the sales teams achieve its revenue targets and growth plans
  • Identifying gaps/trends in the market to strengthen the company's competitive position
  • Ensuring the structure of the team is fit for purpose and is evolving in line with business needs and remains scalable and sustainable
  • Engaging with key stakeholders across the business
  • Working closely with the Marketing department to improve the effectiveness of on and offline marketing to maximise sales opportunities
  • Managing the needs of the Sales and Account Management teams to drive focus and instill a high-performance culture
  • Putting in place sales targets and productivity measures to ensure that the team have a clear view of what they need to achieve 
  • Developing, implementing and owning sales policies, procedures and best practices in order to increase effectiveness and productivity
  • Participation in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures Developing short, medium and long term strategies to help the sales teams achieve their targets and growth plans

Core Skills/experience

  • Experience with leading, motivating, coaching and supporting a sales team
  • Ability to present to executive management 
  • Experience of selling technology products/services
  • Strong focus and understanding of Sales activities in general and Solutions sales
  • Highly consultative solution sales approach
  • Goal-oriented person, able to lead his/her team to success
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Great strategizing and planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated professional, who shows dynamism and an ambitious attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (especially SalesForce)
