Our client is a well-known company and market leader in fleet management solutions, providing a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution to their customers and partners. Their products are created to help professional drivers to drive greener, safer and more efficiently.

To further accelerate their growth and to strengthen their leading position they are looking for talent to start in their sales team for the German market. Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated and innovative Sales Representative to create new leads, close deals, and help to evolve the market position. You will be responsible to handle each call following the guidelines provided with respect to the preparation, introduction, question-asking and closing techniques to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system and to qualify the lead obtaining all the relevant information.


Main Responsibilities

  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of the software through cold calling in your assigned territory.
  • Quickly build trust and engagement with prospects by actively listening to their individual cases.
  • Lead qualification to obtain relevant information and log of all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in our internal software systems
  • Handle each lead following the guidelines provided with respect to the preparation, introduction, question-asking and qualification techniques to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system and creating urgency
  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events
  • Work together with channel managers to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies which play to channel partners’ business strengths and complement their strategies

Core Skills/experience

  • No-experience, but not being afraid to contact proactively customers through calls and emails
  • Able to handle objections and build report with senior stakeholders
  • Results oriented, Persistent, Drive necessary to start and build meaningful business relationships, Self-motivation, Tenacity, Persuasive, Team player, Positive attitude
  • Prospecting skills and the ability to effectively handle objections
  • Strong communication and writing skills
