Main Responsibilities

People Management:
  • Responsible for all the recruitment team. We are 15 recruiters nowadays but our Babel team always keeps expanding!
  • Leading a team of 6/8 Recruitment Consultants
  • Supervising and mentoring a Recruitment Team Leader responsible for a team of junior Recruitment sharing best practices and relevant experiences to bring the company to success
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics and identifies improvement areas in recruitment operations
  • Focus on team members’ development, by mentoring and coaching them
  • Identify training needs in recruitment and propose new training sessions
  • Conduct Performance Appraisals with the team you are responsible for twice a year
  • Do everything possible to ensure the team reaches the recruitment goals and achieves their targets
  • Work with the team for developing and implementing the right recruitment strategies and initiatives, aligned with the clients’ needs
  • Nurture a positive working environment promoting the company’s values
  • Work together with the Founding Director for planning and implementing new strategies that allow continuous improvement in the operations

Account Management:
  • Make sure our clients are satisfied with our recruitment services and identify opportunities to keep improving our current partnerships
  • Organize client meetings every time he/she feels it is necessary/beneficial
  • Identify new business opportunities within the clients he/she is in contact with
  • Act as the recruitment expert during business meetings, calls, and is able to generate trust and reliability
  • Act as the to-go-person in case of any important escalations/stoppers that might occur with our clients

Internal Recruitment:
  • Anticipate the internal recruitment needs and makes sure we hire the best talents for Babel.
  • Recruit all the internal permanent roles (the other departments included)
  • Onboard new employees, finding and implementing new creative processes

Other responsibilities:
  • Lead internal projects related to Candidate’s Experience, Company Culture and Internal Operations
  • Work closely with the Marketing team making sure they follow-up with the right strategy
  • Work closely with other departments, as Office Management, for more admin related processes

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team of recruiters
  • Relevant experience in a recruitment agency
  • HR Academic Background is a big plus
  • Knowledge of new recruiting tools and innovative approaches & methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
  • Passion to lead people and ability to motivate them
  • Great communicator and excellent active listener
  • Open, transparent and flexible candidate with strong work ethics
  • Target-driven & number-oriented
