For this reason, we are looking for someone passionate and people-oriented to join a team of energetic, international professionals based in Barcelona. Main Responsibilities

  • Writing and placing job advertisements on various job portals and social media
  • Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates in social media networks and in our database
  • Assisting your colleagues in various recruitment related fields and many more exciting tasks!
  • Creating and Maintaining a long lasting relationship with candidates

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
  • People-oriented, able to build successful relationships at a business level
  • Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
  • Flexible personality, capable
  • Passion for and recruitment

  • Understand clients' hiring needs that allow you to correctly filtering candidates and applications
  • Check candidates' skills in face-to-face interviews
  • How to prioritize your tasks following the company's objective
