Administrative Assistant w/ Native level of German

Key languages:
- Native level of German, or native in Dutch with high level of German
- Fluent level of English
- Fluent level of Spanish is a plus

If you are looking for a job where your main responsibility is to give support to purchase orders and you’re fluent in German, you’ve come to the right place. Keep reading the full position for this job in Barcelona!


Main Responsibilities

- Giving support for transactional purchases
- Creating and executing some purchase orders
- Tracking and chasing order confirmations for receipt, delivery and price
- Liaising with other departments of the company
- Being a potential backup for other countries

Core Skills/experience

- Experience in a business/office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word…)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
