Main Responsibilities

  • Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of your clients after listening to their questions and concerns via phone, e-mail and chat;
  • Help your clients with respect to orders, deliveries, returns and payments;
  • Liaise with external sellers;
  • Educate your clients about the company's products;
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Core Skills/experience

  • Excellent communicator and listener;
  • Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently;
  • A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs;
  • Good team-player who radiates positivity;
  • Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office.
