Partner Marketing Manager w/ Advanced level of English

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who will make sure that this company's partners achieve great results by selling their solutions. You will work closely with sales, regional marketing and product marketing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual partner marketing strategy and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to encourage that the partner’s ecosystem meets their business objectives
  • Work with the field sales team to build go-to-market programs with channel & key regional system integrators that allows the company to deliver unique value propositions and drive growth
  • Support channel’s usage of global marketing funds program
  • Understand the needs and pain points of customers and partners and represent the perspective of partner ecosystem for any marketing and communications initiative, product launches, events, media relations, social media and community awareness programs
  • Develop scalable marketing assets, campaigns, content, events and engagement strategy to serve our channel
  • Lead the execution of partner marketing, communications and awareness programs to ensure that our partners are up to date on commercial and new products
  • Manage projects to completion providing ongoing communication and updates throughout project as well as analyzing and reporting out metrics, lessons learned and recommendations when projects end

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in different Marketing areas, preferably within an IT or SaaS company
  • Experience in sales or in close cooperation with Sales
  • Able to work with numbers, analysis and related tools (Excel, CRM systems)
  • Understanding of technology
  • Able to work in multiple assignments with multiple people and different EU countries
  • Self-confident candidate with excellent communication skills and ability to prepare and present strategies are mandatory
