Main Responsibilities

  • Utilize metrics to drive change in areas such as service level agreements, productivity, customer satisfaction, quality, NPS and contact rate
  • Drive teams to higher performance and quality expectations using reports and learnings from real life situations
  • Monitor costs and loses
  • Create strong connections with the whole team
  • Translate the company’s and client mission into clear goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities and advocate for product improvements
  • Manage risks and opportunities to advance the team’s goals
  • Lead and participate in specific client projects assigned by leadership
  • Take on seasonal or special projects based on the business or customer needs

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree educated
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a service center environment
  • Strategic and analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
