Office Manager w/ Fluent level of English and Spanish

We are currently looking for an Office Manager who will be working very closely with the HR team and will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and will support with general administrative or support tasks.

Our client is a company in the i-Gaming industry who is at a crucial growth stage and is looking for a proactive and flexible individual, who would like to join an entrepreneurial and dynamic, yet friendly business environment!

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
  • Organize and maintain the common spaces of the office.
  • Purchase and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage CEO and COO' schedules and appointments.
  • Book accommodation and flights for business travels.
  • Event organization: help marketing with event organization and organizing company activities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Plan and manage office turns and scheduling according to current COVID measurements and remote working structure.
  • Handle office invoices by collecting and classifying monthly invoices for the finance team.
  • Manage internal staff relations.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactivity and a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Good listener and great social skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures.
