Marketing Strategist w/ Native level of English

Key languages:

Main Responsibilities

As a Marketing Strategist at Babel Profiles you will have the following responsibilities:

Strategy & communication:

  • Build an annual marketing plan that meets business needs, making sure actions are being executed successfully.
  • Develop, implement and track all communication strategies (email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events)
  • Identify the appropriate marketing mix to spread the message
  • Social media management
  • Design and implement a content plan and a marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to define and create the best recruitment strategy for each project (B2C).
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to understand business opportunities and create the best marketing strategy for B2B

Reports and Goals setting:

  • Monitor and analyze budget and results, building monthly reports.
  • Define monthly goals.
  • Analyse and redefine the user persona of Babel Profiles by diving into different cultural backgrounds and online behaviors.

Internal/External Employer Branding:

  • Create and constantly reinforce the company values and mission by delivering Babel flavor externally through social media.

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, Mailchimp Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience in B2B environment would be a plus
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
