• Own the marketing strategy and be responsible for the delivery of your territory’s targets in terms of quality lead generation and revenue targets (dual-brand strategy)
• Be responsible for planning, creating and executing territory-specific campaigns that align to the overall business objectives in close collaboration with Sales, while leveraging support offered by the central marketing team function
• Set up campaign tracking, reporting and analysis
• Meet recurrently with the sales team to plan campaigns, monitor progress against targets and optimize 
• Manage monthly spending against budget and be responsible for effective and reactive budget reallocation, repurposing and forecasting, in line with business goals. 
• Manage effectively the relationship with several supporting agencies, briefing them on objectives, controlling spending and analyzing performance   
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop local market knowledge about how our products solve problems for customers
• Lead and motivate the field marketing executive/s through regular meetings and 1-2-1s, ensuring correct prioritization of activities is carried out at all times
• Pastoral care of Marketing Executives within your team, aiming to equip, upskill and develop them as professionals

• Wide knowledge of marketing tactics, particularly in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social media, content, email marketing, demand generation, funnel optimization, etc.)
• A target-driven marketer who likes to work with data to drive ever-improving performance
• Experience in working closely with Sales to gain buy-in and their valuable input into projects
• A highly effective communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations
• A player-manager who is capable of providing local insight on the strategy and how to best regionalize it, but not afraid to roll their sleeves up and execute programs of work
• Someone who works collaboratively with other marketing managers across the globe to share ideas and success stories
• Be able to prioritize effectively and set expectations appropriately, communicating regularly with all main stakeholders.
