Marketing and Operations Manager w/ Native level of Hebrew

Our client is a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions and provides workspace for thousands of the most successful entrepreneurs and multinational companies all over the world. With their services, they make it possible for a small startup as well as a multinational company to access the best workspace accommodation suited to their needs. For their Marketing department, they are looking for a new Marketing and Operations Manager who would manage Israel, mainly, but also Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all the online and offline activities as directed by the Campaign and Channel Managers
  • Be in contact with all the external agencies, to make sure all the deliveries are made on time and under a good quality
  • Manage all the PR activities, making sure the events or promotions are made under certain criteria
  • Support the global team in creating and publishing social media posts on selected channels
  • Manage all the websites for the different markets you will be responsible for

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, or in an agency
  • Experience creating a PR plan and managing a PR agency to deliver the plan
  • Experience managing large events with over 200 potential customers
  • Perfect communication skills that would allow you to collaborate with Senior Managers in different markets
