Currently operating in the Asia-Pacific market and aspiring to replicate their success in the European market, they are looking for an experienced and skilled new member prepared to work in an environment of uncertainty yet excitement.  If you love to take the initiative and work with a hands-on approach to creating solutions, this is the position for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement training according to client needs and generic modules
  • Design and deliver effective soft skills training
  • Determine training needs in order to add new skills that improve customer experience in collaboration with Operations Managers
  • Identify individual training needs through the completion of a training needs analysis and design
  • Hold and complete handover of the CX or sales agents to their new Team Leads
  • Coach and mentor CX or Sales agents where necessary to aid their performance and development
  • Measure success and development areas, and provide feedback to employees and Leads
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management
  • Create engagement activities for all employees

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree educated
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of trainers (preferably in BPO environment)
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and proficient in media tools
  • Ability to influence diverse groups within the organization
  • Must have experience in coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • Ability to work within budget and negotiate deals with vendors
  • Willing to work flexible shifts
