Are you eager to start your career in the payroll sector for a multinational company? Do you also speak Arabic at a native level and a fluent level of English? If so, this could be the job for you!

Our client is a well-known company providing industrial gases for the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe. The company has offices all over the world, and in Barcelona, they have a shared service center with over 300 employees from all four corners of the globe spread across three departments: Customer Support, Supplier Service, and Logistics.






 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the payroll countries you are assigned to
  • Setting up the monthly pay cycles and off-cycle payments when required
  • Identifying and resolving any payment issues
  • Providing Ad Hoc reports of payroll data
  • Collaborating closely with the Finance and HR departments while also supporting internal stakeholders
  • Managing confidential information and providing tax and social insurance data to government authorities

Core Skills/experience

  • Strong communication skills and a customer support mindset
  • Good PC-literacy and experience with MS office applications
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • An open mindset with the willingness to learn
  • Preferably studies in Human Resource or related
  • Knowledge of SAP, Work-Day, ADP or HR/Payroll is a great plus
