Currently, they are looking for someone who is ready for a new opportunity as an Italian HR Business Partner! As an HRBP you will be an addition to the international team, performing a varied range of duties including but not limited to recruitment, partner management, administration, project management, training and employee relations. Also, providing excellent communication and support with all, employees, potential employees, agencies and managers. It is also expected that the HRBP has a good knowledge of the Italian law and HR activities to support the teams.


Main Responsibilities

Business partnering

  • Be the contact person for the Area Managers and Sales & Customer care staff regards to HR matters
  • Support and inform the Managers about the HR processes (evaluations, internal policies, recruitment, leave policy, etc.)
  • Traveling in order to support the teams and countries you are responsible for 

Management of the induction/exit process

  • Ensure good coordination of the entrance/exit/modification checklists 
  • Ensure efficient communication with the Payroll Specialist and the Manager of the position
  • Prepare a qualitative induction for new arrivals 
  • Lead exit interviews and manage other tasks in case of departure 
  • Supervise the HR apprentice for all the tasks related to this process 

Recruitment

  • Publish vacancies in accordance with the guidelines and budget
  • Conduct the first screenings for the designated vacant positions
  • Ensure a regular follow-up with the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process
  • Train managers and ensure effective use of our internal tool

Payroll & HR admin

  • Be the main contact with the Italian fiduciary and coordinate with the payroll specialist
  • Manage the requests and tasks of team members with the support of the apprentice (OS Congés, legal questions, etc.)

Project Management

  • Participate in implementing different projects of the department both on a global and local level

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the field of Human Resources 
  • Proven experience in business partnering with managers in an international environment
  • Confidence in Italian law and HR knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficient command of MS Office 
  • High ethical standard to manage information of a confidential nature
