Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Handle various forms of customer contacts via phone and email, and accurately process customer queries.
  • Routinely communicate accurate information, and promptly update customers when changes occur.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through the most appropriate means of communication.

Core Skills/experience

  • Interest in the automotive industry
  • Experience in customer care is a plus
  • Can deal with stressful situations
  • Works in an organized way and has an eye for detail
  • Proactive
  • Problem-solving thinking
  • Team player
