Main Responsibilities

  • This is a critical role for the business. You will be the main responsible for courier acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and master the cities for which you are responsible
  • Do sales and marketing actions to generate awareness of the delivery opportunity for couriers
  • Grow the number of delivery partners on the platform
  • Implement activities to engage couriers while giving them a best in class experience
  • Supervise the smooth running of courier-partner operations

Core Skills/experience

  • A bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
  • Native Spanish and high level of English.
  • Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Preferably with experience in start-ups.
  • Empathic, comfortable speaking in public, rational and pragmatic.
  • Passion. You love Uber. You are driven by helping others and being at the forefront of a highly visible, fast-growing brand.
