Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and building the existing multinational Inside Sales team
  • Directly managing a Sales Team 
  • Working with the rest of the team on improving the results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proposing changes in current processes
  • Participating in building a Sales strategy
  • Continually improving and learning the company's products

Core Skills/experience

  • Fluent in English & Spanish or English & French (3rd language is a plus)
  • At least 2 - 3 years working as a team leader in telesales or customer support experience in a B2B online environment 
  • Experience in developing company/team KPIs
  • Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business
  • Experience in developing and improving the company´s processes
  • People management skills & Team player
  • Results-driven & execution focused
  • Customer-oriented
  • Multitasking
  • Good communication skills
