We are looking for an Inside Sales Director, that has energy, sales experience and business acumen to continue the high growth path of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to grow the business and team significantly
  • Leading the team to perform
  • Securing revenues and profitability
  • Manage and align operations and system performance 
  • Building vision and executing the steps for a wider business expansion
  • Supporting geographical expansion and realization of synergies
  • Guiding executive and sales management on SME strategy

Core Skills/experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a leading role of larger sales teams
  • Proven sales leadership skills (with focus on prospecting and on the phone)
  • Proven deal closing in SME market
  • Experience in business planning and financial management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales enthusiast
  • Passion to lead people and ability to motivate them
  • Target-driven & number-oriented
