Recruitment Manager w/ Advanced level of Spanish

Are you an experienced in leading a team of recruiters/team leaders, and looking for an exciting change? Do you have experience in digital recruiting & employment branding? If you also have a fluent level of Spanish you have come to the right place!

Our client is an international contact center providing different services for multinational companies all around the world. They now need a sharp and dynamic Talent Manager to become a part of their permanent HR team in Barcelona.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the in-house recruitment team
  • Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead employment branding & Digital recruitment initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention & development
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment days & events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Core Skills/experience

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, minimum 3 years
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing & employer branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods & techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Excellent communicator, well-organized, a leader and strategic thinker
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong team managements skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

    • Monday to Thursday 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM
    • Fridays 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM
