Our client creates bespoke travel experiences, allowing students to learn languages in exclusive and charming locations across the globe. For their team here in Barcelona, they are looking for a Team Leader who will be responsible for the IAC French team being in charge of the clients' relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the first steps of the recruitment process
  • Take part of onboarding of newcomers
  • Help with translations, review documentation and report to the department useful information
  • Support the HR and Finance Department for Payroll and administrative tasks (account all invoices, reconcile Petty Cash, process employees expenses, etc.)
  • Organise logistics of office seating, department moves and office moves
  • Purchase local items and services
  • Prepare general office communications
  • Organise welfare activities for the office
  • Manage the activities of the cleaning personnel of the office

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR related jobs
  • Organized candidate, able to manage administrative tasks at all level
  • Team player, able to give support to the business for different kind of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
