Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzing issues and requests of business clients and attempting to resolve them in a B2B environment
  • Working with Google Ads 
  • Understanding the prospective client’s profiles and needs 
  • Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email, phone, and chat
  • Participating in the innovation of current processes in order to find new ways of solving issues

Core Skills/experience

  • Interest in general online marketing products
  • Previous experience in Customer Care services
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and to think strategically
  • Dynamic and organized 
  • Bachelor degree preferred
