Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzing issues and requests of business clients and attempting to resolve them in a B2B environment;
  • Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email, phone and chat - at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career;
  • Understanding the prospective client’s profiles and needs;
  • Participating in the innovation of current processes in order to find new ways of solving issues.

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor degree preferred;
  • Previous experience in Customer Care services;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Dutch;
  • Interest in general online marketing products;
  • Ability to solve problems and to think strategically;
  • Dynamic and organized.
