Main Responsibilities

Conduct regular meetings with respective business units
Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes.
Handle employee relations issues
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal advisors as needed/required
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Guide and support business unit´s organization changes, workforce planning and succession planning.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Core Skills/experience

At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP
Experience working as an HRBP role in a global function
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A degree in the field of Human Resources
Master’s in Human Resources Management or Labour law is an asset
Good knowledge of HR-related metrics and leveraging data-driven insights
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
