Field Sales Executive w/ Native level of Portuguese

Uber Eats is looking for a creative, highly motivated individual to join their operations team as a Field Sales Executive. The right candidate must have a hunter mentality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong desire to contribute to Uber’s growth. You will leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers through email, cold calling and in-person meetings. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze, identify and prioritize portfolio’s account leads and activities to drive success for Uber Eats.
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calling and email.
  • Conducting conversations with decision makers.
  • Win key accounts through in-person meetings.
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting on all sales activities and results using Salesforce.com.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of Uber Eats, industry trends, and competition.
  • Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
  • Work effectively with internal teams to deliver an excellent experience.

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor/Master degree completed in Management/Economics.
  • +1 years of relevant sales experience (preferred).
  • Previous high volume cold-calling experience preferred, ideally in B2B sales environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with email campaigns and salesforce.com (preferred).
  • Must be positive, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional, determined, and results oriented.
