Fashion Partner Success Specialist w/ Native Level of Italian

Our client is a Luxury Fashion e-commerce with more than 1000 international employees with offices located in London, New York, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Porto, Lisbon & Guimaraes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the onboarding of new boutiques on the platform
  • Analyzing and understanding partners' needs, targets and objectives
  • Organizing and creating strategic solutions in order to achieve boutiques' goals on the platform
  • Being the contact person between new boutiques and the different departments in the company (Account Management, Business Development, Partner Service)
  • Analyzing partners' performances and challenging them to aim new strategic goals
  • Anticipating risks and designing proactive measures 

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in an analytical or operational position
  • Experienced in the B2B environment and in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills
  • Organization & planning skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience or knowledge in the E-commerce and the luxury industry is a plus

  • Step 2: Interview with the Recruiter and the Area Manager
  • Step 3: Case study (to hand in in a week)
  • Step 4: Interview with the Area Manager, Area Director and Recruiter in order to present the Case Study’s solutions.
