ASICS is a multinational and world-famous sports brand that manufactures equipment for both professional athletes and sports lovers. They are looking for a temporary E-Commerce Sports Customer Advisor with a hard-working and proactive attitude to join their project in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the world.   

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best in class consumer experience, responding to consumers' questions and needs about their orders & transaction & ASICS services through different channels;
  • Providing accurate information to consumers;
  • Using available tools in an appropriate manner to manage cases and questions on e-commerce;
  • Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform;
  • Liaising between consumers as well as internal departments and/or stakeholders involved. 

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or contact centers is highly preferred;
  • Background in working or studying in multicultural environments is also highly preferred;
  • Driven by numbers;
  • Proactive, flexible and willing to multitask;
  • Attentive with outstanding communication skills;
  • Enjoy taking care of helping customers;
  • Eagerness to learn.
