Main Responsibilities

  • Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients' issues regarding sales, product and services
  • As our client offers a variety of projects, it offers a variety of job openings, adapted to your interests and skills: contact with the client can consist in mainly written correspondence or contact over the phone
  • Understanding the perspective  of client’s profiles their and needs 
  • Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email and social media - at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career 
  • Strengthening relationships with developed client portfolios

Core Skills/experience

  • Expertise in customer service over the phone is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and listener
  • Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently
  • A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs
  • Good team-player who radiates positivity
  • Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
