Our client is an industry leader in travel, with the aim of helping people travel the world easily! They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their new office in Barcelona. 

Please note: This role is only for someone with a recognised and certified disability of minimum 33% in Spain

Main Responsibilities

The job

  • Helping customers in Spanish & English over the phone/email or live chat with things like making/amending their reservation or answering pre-travel questions
  • Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers 
  • Managing cases using the software tools provided

  • Expertise in customer service (preferably over the phone)
  • Excellent communicator who deeply cares about the customer experience
  • Good team-player who radiates positivity in every interaction
  • Active listener continually on the hunt for opportunities to delight
