Digital Lead Generation Specialist w/ Fluent level Italian & Englis

Our client is a world leader in providing sophisticated automated manufacturing systems located in the beautiful city of Milan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the company portfolio of products and clearly articulate the value proposition to the accounts and contacts
  • Online research to locate and identify target leads
  • Source new marketing qualified leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound communication
  • Responsible for entering all data and new leads in the CRM: SalesForce.com 
  • Work through provided lead lists in the CRM systems, cleanse the leads, update vital lead information, and leverage digital resources (website, tech news, industry sites, LinkedIn, etc.) to gain better understanding of accounts and contacts
  • Maintain a minimum number of high-volume outgoing communications and maintain a follow-up schedule
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications
  • Provide weekly feedback and report on lead generation and qualification as well as conversion

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree in Marketing preferred or relevant marketing or sales experience (minimum 6 months)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide speedy and quality responses (email or phone)
  • Proficient in online research and social media
  • Experience with CRM software (SalesForce) will be a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment
  • Ability to quickly shift gears and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and demeanour
  • Team working and problem-solving ability
