Customer Support Advocate w/ Native level of French

This position is for a SaaS start-up providing software solutions for fitness boutiques and studios to centralize and manage efficiently all their operations, increasing their revenue streams. You will be a crucial asset for the company expansion and grow with them without limits!

Our client just closed a financing round and is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who wants to join their brand new Barcelona team and contribute to the company's ambitious expansion plans and growth. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Training, guiding and inspiring clients in using the platform, being fully operational and getting the most out of the platform
  • Keeping an eye out for opportunities to upgrade clients up to new and exciting product features that the company regularly launches
  • Delight customers with the best quality answers aiming at pushing the high-level/premium standards of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Respond to user inquiries via email, instant chat, and social media channels
  • Troubleshoot and report potential issues in the platform to the Dev team
  • Work closely with the sales and product team to provide the best service and help the company grow

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree studies 
  • Native level of French + fluent English and possibly any other EU language between German, Dutch or Italian would be a plus
  • Previous experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably within the SaaS/software industry
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Smart, fast learner, and resourceful. Tech-savvy!  
  • Extrovert and able to show empathy and take ownership of customer queries
  • A true owner, you feel comfortable working outside of the comfort zone if needed and you enjoy having real ownership
