This position is for a technology startup that enables companies to build a compassionate, purpose-driven culture and engage employees while serving the community—all through one platform. The company has recently set up its offices in Barcelona and is on a mission to grow the team!

The company is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to jump on a challenging yet extremely rewarding adventure. You will be a real owner, contributing to the success of the company, and have great development possibilities. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Support your own clients through all steps of the client cycle (onboarding, adoption, maturity, and renewal)
  • Set up KPI’s to make the partnership a success
  • Help companies to launch the product internally 
  • Match companies and employees with nonprofit organizations
  • Find creative ways to boost the engagement of users on the platform
  • Provide product Support, take feedback from the clients and enhance the service
  • Work together with the management team to brainstorm new ideas and solutions/services.
  • Increase your net retention rate via upsells and cross-sells
  • Work together with Key Customer Success Managers on global clients



Core Skills/experience

  • 1+ years experience in customer success or account management role ideally B2B, or other relevant roles
  • A bachelor’s degree in management, administration, business, international relations, or similar
  • You have a native level of German and you speak English fluently
  • Other languages are considered a plus.
  • You are confident, you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and you are able to build strong relationships with clients
  • You are strongly motivated with great new ideas and you are not afraid of new challenges
