Our client is a SaaS company that digitizes global freight sales for over 2,000 of the world’s largest logistics providers and carriers. 

As a leading company in this young field, they experienced an outstanding growth year after year across 90 countries and are looking to further expand in several large cargo freight markets including North America.


Main Responsibilities

  • You will have a goal of monthly eBookings to facilitate
  • Establishing a framework for prioritizing customer engagement
  • You will be in contact with the customer via phone, mail, and also in-person to show them the amazing product.
  • Since customers are the main focus you take care of following up and supporting them. 
  • Helping to organize group events to get all the customers together and to promote the product.

Core Skills/experience

  • You are confident, and you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with.
  • At least 2 years of experience in either, giving support, training, upselling to existing customers, or finding new customers.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently but also in a team.
  • Being able to adapt to fast-changing environments.
