Our client is a rapidly growing and, Industry-leading company within the online pharmaceutical sector. This position will provide you with the opportunity to work from an office located in the city centre of Barcelona! Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer requests by email, chat, and phone
  • Solve customer inquiries with regards to orders, service, and delivery
  • Give support to the clients in their purchase process and give recommendations so that they find the best offers on the website, and find the product they are looking for among our 150,000 references.
  • Manage shipping incidents and solve the case until the end.
  • Collect and maintain customer data

Core Skills/experience

  • Motivated and enthusiastic to work for a fast-growing company 
  • Any experience with customer service-related positions 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Interest in working with products of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent organizational capacity, planning, and execution  
  • ability to collaborate with other departments, be able to share achievements, mistakes and solve problems together
