Customer Service Agent w/ Native Level of German

Main Responsibilities

  • Building a strong customer relationship through a resolution to clients' issues regarding accounts, user names or passwords;
  • Understanding the prospective client’s profiles and needs, helping them with respect to financial statements and bookings;
  • Relaying information of the client's products;
  • Supporting clients with respect to application use;
  • Processing reports for lost or stolen cards;
  • Strengthening relationship with developed client portfolios.

Core Skills/experience

  • Expertise in customer service over the phone is a plus;
  • Excellent communicator and listener;
  • Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently;
  • A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs;
  • Good team-player who radiates positivity;
  • Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office.
