Our client is a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services. They work with the latest technology and the trend ´Internet of Things´. The company develops integrated and innovative service solutions in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience. The sectors they work in include automotive, travel, logistics and communication technology sectors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Service/ Technical Support via telephone contact, e-mail, and chats
  • Give information to clients and answer to claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to CS
  • The identification of needs and provision of additional products, services, and follow-ups
