Our client is one of the markets e-commerce leaders in selling and stocking motorcycle spare parts while giving a fast and reliable service. The company was created in 2009 and has a local presence in 17 countries. Their mission is to help petrolheads around the world improve their rides, challenge their friends and pursue their real passion.


Main Responsibilities

- Support German customers over phone and email with all forms of inquiries 
- Handle return cases with efficiently
- Be responsible for managing feedback in order to improve services

Core Skills/experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Patient and empathetic with the ability to adapt to each customer
- Customer service experience in an office environment is a plus
- Passion for the sector is considered beneficial
