Credit Controller w/ Native level of Polish

Do you speak Spanish and Polish and have good organizational skills? Are you eager to work in a dynamic, international company based in Barcelona? 

Our client, who is a consolidated and dynamic company that proposes global solutions for international transportation companies, is looking for a dynamic and customer oriented Credit Controller. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish a close relationship with a given client portfolio (via telephone and email)
  • Identify, negotiate and implement payment solutions
  • Communicate overdue payments and prepare reports on credit and payment activity in order to minimize overdue debt
  • Identify overdue accounts and delays due to disputes
  • Solve payment disputes, negotiate y assure payment collection from clients
  • Detect trends regarding missing payments, solving corresponding problems
  • Manage clients with risk incidents (exceeded risk/credit review/credit score)
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams so as to improve the payment cycle
  • Verify credit referrals for an accurate assessment of credit applications
  • Collect credit information and manage credit registers in order to process the financial statements accurately
  • Prepare reports regarding payment collection and credit activity

  • 1-year experience at least
  • Skills in customer relationship management
  • Organized, results driven and persistent
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • An eye for details
  • Great communication skills
