Our client is a world leader in providing sophisticated automated manufacturing systems located in the beautiful city of Porto.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure order entry meets established booking criteria
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and processes
  • Interface with Finance Management, Product Management, Regional Sales Directors; Agents & Distributors, Manufacturing
  • Assists the coordination of GT insurance, claims regarding damaged shipments
  • Oversee/Assist with import/export activity
  • Report and analyze Key Metrics;
  • Communicate/ Address customer issues, follow through to resolution

Core Skills/experience

  • University Degree preferably in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing and production environment
  • Excellent verbal/written English communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Letter of Credit experience, Customer Service, Sales experience a plus. Must be familiar with European and International requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills
