Our client is a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions and provides workspace for thousands of the most successful entrepreneurs and multinational companies all over the world. With their services, they make it possible for a small startup as well as a multinational company to access the best workspace accommodation suited for their needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a virtual receptionist for our client's Office and Virtual Office customers who use their call answering services
  • Answer those calls that are addressed to a range of different customers from law firms to recruitment agencies and everything in between
  • Strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Be the point of contact for different companies, trying to give them support in their daily tasks
  • Act as a to-go-person for your customers, improving their experience with our client's services

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking and the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
