Our client is a leading European business in communication services, providing their clients with an interesting, fast, reliable and cost-effective way of keeping in touch with their customers and staff. They are creative in their way of approaching and keeping in touch with customers all over the world. It is a young, innovative company with offices in England and Spain.

Main Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Identifying high potential lead and existing customers and manage the sales team accordingly
- Identifying sales opportunities by analysing customer history, trends, and potential 
- Managing B2B inbound leads trialling your services and online contact requests
- Making a perfect first impression on the phone or over email
- Discovering the leads/customers projects and offer the right solution according to their needs and fitting their business model
- Ensuring that the customer journey is as smooth as possible: from trialling the services to buying them
- Ensure excellent communication and follow up with our potential customer and existing customers
- Managing an existing portfolio of clients taking care of new ones
- Provide excellent account management skills by welcoming, training and doing a quality follow up of your new and existing customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with the Support, Marketing and Product Development departments

Core Skills/experience

- 1 year of previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in a technical position
- Experience in dealing with B2B customers
- Technical understanding of mobile technology would be highly valued
- Technical understanding of online marketing and e-commerce in general
- Results driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen and receive feedback from team members
- Pro-active attitude, not afraid to take on a challenge
- Detailed and analytical
- Excellent interpersonal skills
