Administrative Assistant w/ Native level of French

Main Responsibilities

  • Giving support for transactional purchases
  • Creating and executing some purchase orders
  • Tracking and chasing order confirmations for receipt, delivery and price
  • Liaising with other departments of the company
  • Being a potential backup for other countries

Core Skills/experience

  • Experience in a business/office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word…)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
