An up-and-coming Fintech company is looking for a motivated Administration Specialist to join the Operations team in Barcelona. With this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a distributed and fast-growing team, making a huge impact on the company's development and establishment, and having real ownership of the work you do.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and surveil the trading platform in order to provide an efficient and consistent service globally
  • Ensure a smooth workflow of the platform 
  • Analysis, reconciliation and reporting 
  • Set up, configuration and administration of systems
  • Perform operational and administrative activities working closely with Customer Service and IT teams located around the globe

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree in Finance/IT or related field preferred
  • Some experience in performing configuration of systems would be a plus
  • Creative mindset
  • Organised and proactive
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Previous experience/interest within the e-banking and trading sector would be a plus!

  • Evening shift: Monday to Friday, from 5 pm to 2 am
