Main Responsibilities

- Implementation and monitoring of commercial actions plans agreed with customers to optimize their visibility and performance (turnover, filling ratio of the restaurant) based on all the web solutions offered by TheFork.
- Advice on their positioning strategy, implementation of campaigns and customer loyalty-users (e-mailing, SMSing), planification of promotions.
- Sales and training of restaurants to our tools B2B
- Outbound calls for cross-seling or up-selling strategies to existing clients

Core Skills/experience

- Native Portuguese and good level of English 
- Experienced in call center or related doing sales for more than 6 months 
- Experience as sales representative or account manager.
- Organized
- Customer orientation
- Emphatic
- Communication skills
- Dynamic and perseverant person
- Oriented results
- Good attitude is very important.
