Main Responsibilities

  • Work with costumers who have terminated their contracts and try to retain them. 
  • Match current customers' needs with the best solution. 
  • Ensure the best customer experience.
  • Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency along with upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, productivity, and deal volume).
  • Accurately record notes clearly in all relevant systems.

Core Skills/experience

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Sales attitude/mindset.
  • Results-driven person. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
