Account Management Coordinator w/ Native Portuguese

The Account Manager Coordinator, Money role is a unique opportunity to scale best-in-class processes and tools across Portugal and have a direct impact on the success of the food delivery business. This role calls for a combination of strong client obsession, relationship management skills, analytical thinking, as well as strong operational execution skills to get stuff done, at scale.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be a subject expert in all Money related questions from restaurant partners
  • Solve some of the most challenging problems faced by our business with respect to restaurant partners
  • Be locally aware by staying close to the operations team and our partners and anticipate pain points related to payments, invoicing and reporting
  • Help the operations team implementing processes to streamline the payment, invoicing and reporting information for our restaurant partners
  • Build relationships with our key restaurant and delivery partners to help them solve doubts around payments and invoicing
  • Provide excellent customer service and support for the restaurant partners.

Core Skills/experience

  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and in English
  • One year of previous sales experience is a plus
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality, sound business judgment, and the ability to back your analysis up with meaningful analytical thinking. Proficiency in Excel is required
  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly
  • Great collaborator and someone who proactively partners across teams
  • Incredible empathy and understanding of both eaters and restaurant partners alike. You will be an advocate for the company users and are passionate about the community experience.
  • Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
