• Purchasing Administrative Assistant w/ Native Level of Dutch

    Location: Barcelona

    Main Responsibilities:
    - Giving support for transactional purchases
    - Creating and executing some purchase orders
    - Tracking and chasing order confirmations for receipt, delivery and price
    - Liaising with other departments of the company
    - Being a potential backup for other countries

    Key Languages:
    - Native level of Dutch
    - Fluent level of English
    - Fluent level of Spanish is a plus

    Core Skills / Experience:
    - Experience in a business/office environment
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word…)
    - Knowledge of SAP is a plus
